Ranger XL Floating License Server Software (only for users with a floating license)

This floating license software is ONLY required if you have a floating license and dongle for Ranger XL.

This software should be installed on the network server only.

Floating licenses are typically used to avoid moving dongles from machine to machine when more than one operator requires access to Ranger. A network is required. Please contact us for details.

Download Floating License Manager Software This file is approximately 2.2 Megabytes.

After downloading:
Place the zipped file in a new folder on your server system, then unzip it (using PKUNZIP/WinZip).

IMPORTANT!: Ensure the license server deamon has been STOPPED before proceeding with the update.
Select START, Run, browse to the new folder, open the folder Disk1 then select setup.exe. Follow the instructions on screen.
Once the installation is complete, for guidance on using the floating license control software, refer to the readme.txt file that will be found in the license manager software folder. Typically: C:\Program Files\Seetrax\seelmd or wherever it was installed.

Download Sentinel Dongle driver - the dongle requires a driver to make it work. If you don't have access to the dongle driver from the Seetrax CD, then it can be downloaded from here or by clicking the button opposite.
