Ranger XL Prices Dropped

Latest Software Update

Users who have visited our stand at recent exhibitions were impressed with the version of Seetrax XL on display - the latest flag-ship product from Seetrax for integrated schematic capture and PCB design.

It continues with Seetrax's leading edge integrated schematic capture and PCB design software tools, with a complete new user interface and navigation tools.

The new product name has been chosen to make a break from the existing Ranger products and to signify a major change in the software.

Seetrax XL allows simultaneous access to all aspects of the current design, with multiple windows available for editing - like schematic, artwork, outlines, profile, outputs all open at the same time. In addition, other jobs and the master libraries can also be opened at the same time for reference purposes, editing or data transfer.

Access to all editors, like the sizes tables, schematic, profile, parts/wiring lists, etc., other jobs or the master libraries is made from the Navigator pane on the left.

Agents required

Seetrax has well established agents for its Ranger PCB CAD software and PCB Manufacturing Equipment around the world. These agents offer demonstration facilities and are well placed to offer on-going technical support.

We currently require agents in the following areas:

  • Argentina
  • Brazil
  • Hungary
  • Mexico
  • Poland
If you are based in any of these countries and interested in becoming a part of the Seetrax team, then please get in touch.

We are also interested in hearing from potential agents in countries where we do not currently have an agent.

****New - Ranger2 full version - Free!****

Ranger2 full version is now available as a free download. It has become uneconomic for us to sell Ranger2 due to the administration costs involved. But rather than discontinue a very popular product, it has been decided to offer it as a freeware version. All Ranger2 designs and libraries are fully upwards compatible with Ranger2 XL and Ranger XL. Go to Ranger2.

Seetrax are proud to announce a new, updated product to their range of PCB de-pannelling equipment. Their new, mobile de-nibbing workstation uses high speed routers to precisely remove the webs in routed boards causing no stress to either the board or components and leaves the cut undetectable. ELECTRA - gridless, shape-based auto-router

Did you know......

that you can install Ranger XL on as many machines as you like and that the schematic editor, library modification, and output tools will all work? The artwork can also be opened and viewed, but not edited.
You will need to place an original copy of your license file on each machine that Ranger XL is installed on (the dongle needs to be present on the machine if the artwork will be edited).

Educational Prices

Seetrax are pleased to announce a new flexible pricing arrangement for educational establishments (schools, colleges, universities), tailored to each establishment's needs. As an example:
a site license for Ranger2 XL for up to 100 seats within the campus is available for £250-00.
Also included if required, is an annual "homework" license so that students can complete their project work at home.

If you have a different requirement, please let us know and we will endeavour to find a solution.
