Ranger2 Software Download

The Ranger2 software download is a full working version. All designs from Ranger2 are fully upwards compatible with Ranger2 XL and Ranger XL.

Step 1. Download Ranger2 Software Ranger2 Software - this file is approximately 3.15 Megabytes.

After downloading:
Place the zipped file in a new folder on your system, then unzip it (using PKUNZIP/WinZip).
Select START, Run, browse to the new folder, then select setup.exe. Follow the instructions on screen.
The downloaded file (v2.60.30) can be used to update all previous versions of Ranger2/Windows. The only difference between this version and the previous version (2.60.29) is that this version does not require a license.

Step 2. Down-load a manual - two manuals are available:
For those who want a quick start/overview the Quick Getting Started Guide is available. It is approximately 28 pages, 258 kbytes.
For those who require more detail, the Full Manual is available. It is approximately 90 pages, 1.0 Mbytes.
There is no need to download the Quick Guide if the full manual is down-loaded.
