Ranger XL Demo Version (Price list)

As per the Ranger XL full version, with the following limits per design:	32 parts 2000 points (one point being a component pin, via, corner in a track, etc.) 2 signal layers 2 power plane or split power plane layers (all other layers are silk-screen or documentation layers)
	If the limits are exceeded, when loading the artwork editor a warning is given and only the View commands/icons are active.
