Seetrax XL Designer Lite Version

As per the Seetrax XL Designer full version, with the following limits per design:	30 parts 50 nets (one net being a complete connection - for example, VCC with many pins/nodes.)
	If larger designs (from other Ranger systems) are opened, only the first 30 parts and 50 nets are loaded.
