The Circut depaneler has been developed to separate/depanel v-cut scored, component-loaded PCBs cleanly and effortlessly. As surface mounted components continue to get smaller and more delicate, it is increasingly important to reduce distortion in the depaneling "breakout" process. This reduces scrap rates and "in the field" failures, which prove costly in terms of down-time, replacement and customer confidence.

Reduced Component Failure Since there is no flex or distortion in the depaneling process, you can expect a significant reduction in post breakout board or component failure, therefore saving time and money. Flexibility in Scoring Depth The CirCut depaneler also allows more flexibility in scoring depth - thicker webs, which would formerly, have resulted in jagged breakout with loose fibres, are now separated/depaneled with a conditioned finished edge. One Step Separating and Finishing The Circut depaneler utilizes precision, hardened and ground separator blades with score-location guides which effortlessly slice the remaining web leaving board edges clean and smooth.
